This awareness-level course introduces participants to the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) standard, covering its structure, requirements, and applications within the food industry. The course provides an understanding of how ISO 22000 integrates food safety management principles with hazard analysis and risk-based thinking to create a robust framework for ensuring food safety.
