This advanced course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to conduct internal audits of Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) standards within a Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Focusing on FSSC 22000, which includes ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002, and FSSC’s additional requirements, this course covers the principles, techniques, and best practices for effective internal auditing. Participants will learn to plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to ensure compliance with FSSC standards, manage food safety risks, and support continual improvement within their organization.
