This introductory course provides participants with a foundational understanding of the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) scheme, focusing on its requirements and significance within food safety management. The course covers key elements of FSSC, including ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002, and FSSC’s additional requirements, offering insights into how this globally recognized certification ensures food safety and quality throughout the supply chain. Designed for individuals new to FSSC, this awareness course introduces the basic structure, objectives, and benefits of implementing FSSC in food industry operations.
